HE'LL SAVE WITH A MIGHTY HAND - FLASH GORDON !!!

Flash - a-ah - savior of the universe
Flash - a-ah - he'll save everyone of us
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Flash - a-ah - he's a miracle
Flash - a-ah - king of the impossible

He's for everyone of us
Stand for everyone of us
He'll save with a mighty hand
Every man every woman
Every child - with a mighty flash

Flash - a-ah
Flash - a-ah - he'll save everyone of us

Just a man
With a man's courage
He knows nothing but a man
But he can never fail
No one but the pure in heart
May find the golden grail
Oh oh - oh oh
Flash

Classic, larger than life space adventure was never better than with Flash Gordon. From the books, comics and even a major motion picture - with a superb soundtrack by Queen! This is what childhood dreams are made of.

Pinnacle Books' Flash Gordon #1 (41-333-5) The Ice Monster provided reprints from #1, reformatted for the paperback format. Along with a dynamic Gil Kane cover. I've always enjoyed the comics in an easy to carry paperback.

The cover art is reprinted in Al Williamson's Flash Gordon, A Lifelong Vision of the Heroic, along with a couple of stories from King Features #1 issue. A truly magnificent hefty trade paperback.

More recently, Dark Horse Comics came through with the Flash Gordon Comic Book Archives Volume 2 with reprints from King Features #1 issue in a beautiful hardcover format.

A Mandrake the Magician story was included in this issue. My favorite Avengers' artist, legendary Don Heck (doesn't get any better than The Avengers King Size Special #1) provided the artwork. Sweet!

I've never seen any Al Williamson art I didn't like! Never! Only a handful of artists I can say that about.

Live Large My Friends!

Thank You!

Magnificent panorama Flash Gordon illustration by Al Williamson.
Couldn't go without including a great Frazetta illustration of Flash Gordon.
Detail of a Williamson Flash Gordon piece!
